At the start of storm season, we installed a Guardian On-Demand Generator so when the power goes out our client will now not be left in the dark.
Water Pump House
Viewcrest homeowners Association contracted Island Home Repair LLC to rehab their water pump house. We removed and replaced the roof, removed all insulation, made the structure rodent proof, installed new insulation, installed new vents, poured a concrete pad for generator and repaired the dry rot.
Jen Aire Downdraft Range
Island Home Repair tried to save the old Jen Aire downdraft range in a beautiful Langley home but at 30 years old, there was no saving it. Instead we installed a brand new Jen Aire downdraft range by modifying the opening.

Pipe Leak
A rental property in Clinton had a pipe burst in the wall. A plumber stopped the leak and Island Home Repair removed the wet sheet rock and installed new. In the bathroom, we did faux wood wrap instead of sheet rock and then painted the wrap the same color as the bathroom.
