Remodel
This job was done for a client who had bought an investment property and needed a contractor to install all the cabinets, interior doors and trim, install and hook up all the appliances.
Bathroom Upgrade
We installed a new shower enclosure, shower door, valve and shower head, heat/fan/light overhead, and sink.
Kitchen Finish Up
Anacortes homeowners needed someone to finish off their new kitchen, so we are installed the finish trim and under counter LED lighting.
Larger Shower
A Coupeville family needed to have their standard tub and shower removed and a larger shower installed so their special needs daughter could have easier access to the shower. This was a special project for special people and we were glad we could help.
Tub Replacement
A returning Coupville customer had severe water damage in her 30 year old bathtub and surrounding tile. Island Home Repair removed the old tile and bathtub and replaced it with a Kholer tub and white tile while keeping the original character of the bathroom.
Langley Bathroom
This Langley homeowner wanted to revamp their bathroom and asked us to come up with a plan for removing the old neo-angle shower, toilet, and flooring and build them a new tile shower with built in bench and wall cubby to put shampoos and soap etc. They also wanted a decorative rock wall feature that made it seem as if a stream was running through the tile work. We upgraded all the plumbing with a new Kohler faucet, sink, shower door and toilet. We repainted and modified existing cabinets, installed new molding and crown and new tile floor.
Redmond Bathroom Remodel
We were recently contracted to remove an old neo angle shower stall, fix the concrete sub floor and remove the old vinyl flooring. We then installed a new neo angle shower stall, new flooring, toilet, faucets and baseboard trim.
