Mark Williams
Mark Williams is a skilled carpenter and handyman who has the unique ability to multitask from full remodel projects to the simple maintenance needs of his many clients. Mark started Island Home Repair & Construction after moving to Whidbey Island in 2005. He has slowly built his company from scratch. Mark has been working in the building trades for 25 plus years. Mark is a true professional striving for 100% customer satisfaction in all projects large or small. He seamlessly plans and operates his day to day business operations while still finding time to throw on his tool belt and hammer when needed.

Mark also possesses his O7B electrical license, and is proficient with computer aided drafting.
Paul Rempa
Paul Rempa is a thorough and talented Craftsman who has over 22 years in the building trades. He strives for perfection on all of his tasks and always endeavors to achieve them in a timely manner. He has a broad knowledge of construction means, methods, and techniques. He is fluent in construction drawing interpretation and possesses the unique ability to maintain awareness of the larger picture while simultaneously delving into the details. Paul is a top notch professional and his friendly smile will be a welcome sight on any job.
Paul is also a Certified Sustainable Building Adviser (CSBA) and currently the only CSBA in Island County and a green building expert.
Randy Hughes
Randy is our project manager and brings many years of experience to the team.
